Smartq 5 is very open platform and it can be reflashed easily to run various Linux versions, to boot from SD memory card and even to multiboot setup.Reflashing Smartq 5 MID
- format a SD card to FAT32 format
- in your PC download and copy firmware to SD card
- switch off Smartq 5
- insert SD card into Smartq 5
- press and hold + key
- connect power cable to the SmartQ 5
- keep pressing + key until the booting process starts
You can install several versions of Linux on the Smartq 5.
